Heritage By Lennar begins construction
Cadence, a 2,200-acre master-planned community in Henderson, is continuing growth with the construction of 22 homes in the Heritage by Lennar age-qualified neighborhood, expected to open mid-December. Nineteen floor plans will be represented between six model homes and 16 production homes.
Floor plans range from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet and feature standard upgrades including granite countertops, raised-panel maple cabinetry and mobile automation. Also included at Heritage is the Next Gen – Home within a Home by Lennar, a floor plan designed for multi-generational living.
This age-qualified community for adults ages 55 and older will also feature controlled entrances for pedestrians, bicycles and automobiles. A 28,000-square-foot community center along with parks and trails are designed specifically for an active adult lifestyle.
The 22 Heritage by Lennar homes will join models from Woodside, Ryland and Richmond American Homes, all now open at Cadence.
Cadence, when complete, will have 13,250 homes, 450 acres of open space including a 50-acre central park, 100-acre sports park and 30 acres of trails that will interconnect with regional trails such as the Las Vegas Wash Trail and the River Mountains Loop Trail.
