Meridian by Pardee Homes offers move-in-ready luxury

A limited number of move-in-ready homes are currently available at Pardee Homes’ luxury Meridian neighborhood in southwest Las Vegas.

Meridian’s contemporary new home designs feature living spaces ranging in size from 2,920 square feet to 3,946 square feet on homesites that are 1 1/3 acre and larger.

Pricing currently starts from $585,000. A move-in-ready, single-story Meridian Plan One-A, situated on oversized cul-de-sac homesite 110, is priced from $666,502. The home measures 3,107 square feet with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, den or office, and includes upgraded kitchen cabinets, countertops and appliances.

A Plan 2-XC at oversized corner homesite 105 measures 3,946 square feet with five bedrooms, four-and- a-half baths, loft, game room, 15-foot stacking doors leading to a large covered patio for indoor-outdoor living. It is priced from $769,787.

Featuring Desert Contemporary, Desert Prairie and Contemporary Spanish exteriors, homes at Meridian include up to five bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths with amenities such as 12-foot ceilings, optional detached casitas, spacious game rooms, up to four-bay garages, and unique sliding, stacking and even optional pocket doors that create functional indoor-outdoor living areas.

Meridian Plan One offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, lounge or optional office, great room, dining room, outdoor living room with optional fireplace, plus three-bay or optional four-bay garage in 2,920 square feet of living space. Options include Pardee’s optional GenSmart Suite for multigenerational living.

Meridian Plan 1-X adds a second floor that includes a game room, loft and third bathroom with an optional wet bar in 3,538 square feet.

Plan Two at Meridian measures 3,060 square feet with three bedrooms, including an optional office, two-and-a-half baths, dining room, game room, great room, bar, outdoor living room with optional fireplace, prep kitchen and three-bay garage.

Meridian’s Plan Two-X adds an upstairs lounge, fourth and fifth bedrooms, a four bath and a deck with 3,946 square feet of living space.

To reach Meridian, take Buffalo Drive north from Blue Diamond Road or south off the 215 Beltway. Meridian is located at the southwest corner of Wigwam Avenue and Buffalo Drive.

Pardee Homes’ “Make Your Move Event,” featuring special incentives on move-in-ready homes in Las Vegas and Henderson, is underway through Sunday, April 30.
