2 minor accidents delaying traffic along Interstate 15

Two early morning accidents are delaying traffic in both directions on Interstate 15 near the Spaghetti Bowl.

A crash on northbound I-15 near D Street just before 6 a.m. is blocking the right lane. It involves one woman who reported minor injuries, Nevada Highway Patrol said.

A second crash on southbound I-15 near Washington Avenue is blocking the left lane. No injuries were reported at that accident.

A highway patrol spokesman said construction in the area contributed to delays, but tow trucks were on their way.

The vehicles should be cleared about 7 a.m., highway patrol said.
