On Tuesday afternoon, a 2-year-old girl nearly drowned in a pool at 5216 Yellow Dawn Court, near Ann Road and Decatur Boulevard, a Las Vegas Fire Department spokeswoman said.
The girl was taken to a hospital, but her condition was not available, the spokeswoman said.
Police are investigating the 4:25 p.m. incident.
