23-year-old dies after crash in Arizona

KINGMAN, Ariz. -- A Kingman, Ariz., man was pronounced dead at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas about six hours after a single-vehicle crash in northwest Arizona Wednesday night.

The Department of Public Safety said 23-year-old Christopher Lawson died about 11:30 p.m.

Golden Valley Fire Department Chief Thomas O'Donahue said Lawson was critically injured when the southbound SUV he was driving rolled across the median and into the northbound lanes of U.S. Highway 93. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
