Applications being taken for two District Court seats
Nevada Supreme Court Chief Justice Nancy Saitta said the Nevada Commission on Judicial Selection will take applications until April 20 for the two Clark County District Court seats.
One opening resulted from the March 3 retirement of Judge Donald Mosley after 33 years on the bench.
The other will follow former Chief Judge Kathy Hardcastle's retirement on Friday after 15 years as a judge.
Nevada attorneys with 10 years of legal experience, including two in the state, are eligible for appointment.
