Big storm coming to Southern Nevada this weekend

Heavy snowfall is expected to cover the Mount Charleston area with as much as 2 feet of snow this weekend.
Police and weather officials are warning people who plan to travel in the Spring Mountains to be aware of a possible traffic restrictions as the snow falls.
The National Weather Service in Las Vegas expects the brunt of the snow to reach the mountain area Saturday. Meteorologists said this will be biggest snowfall so far this year.
Four-wheel drive vehicles or snow chains will be required beginning at the snow line, where snow begins to cover the roadway on state routes 156, 157 and 160. Signs will be displayed if the restrictions are imposed.
In the Las Vegas Valley, a chance of rain was forecast for both Saturday and Sunday morning, with temperatures dropping to the low to mid-50s.
