LAUGHLIN -- Bikers poured into town Saturday for the 25th annual River Run.
Event organizers expected tens of thousand of motorcyclists to attend the event billed as the largest ride-in rally in the West. Las Vegas police kept a close watch on the rally to prevent the violence that has broken out in the past.
Police Sgt. John Loretto said by Saturday morning 400 people had received traffic citations in the area.
Three people were arrested on felony counts, he said, "Nothing really out of line."
Police said they would exercise zero tolerance with lawbreakers. Participants were notified of Nevada helmet laws and that no bottles or cans were permitted on the main drag.
