A decomposed body was found in a ravine on Sunrise Mountain this afternoon. A person walking in the area discovered the body and called Las Vegas police at 2:39 p.m., department spokesman Jacinto Rivera said.
There were no immediate signs of foul play and the person's identity wasn't available, he said. The Clark County coroner's office will determine how the person died.
