Bullhead City man dies in car-pedestrian accident

BULLHEAD CITY, Ariz. -- Authorities say they're investigating a fatal car-pedestrian accident in northwest Arizona.

They say a 66-year-old Bullhead City man is dead after Friday night's accident.

Bullhead City police say Ruben P. Sepulveda reportedly was walking in the middle of the road when he was hit by pickup truck on McCormick Boulevard. He was flown to Sunrise Medical Center in Las Vegas, where he died Saturday morning.

The 72-year-old driver of the truck was cited and released for driving out of restriction. Police say he's only authorized to drive during the day.

Authorities say the accident remains under investigation.
