A La Habra, Calif., man critically injured at Lake Havasu over the Memorial Day holiday weekend has died at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas.
Christopher Meza, 22, died during surgery Friday, Lake Havasu City police Sgt. Joe Harrold said.
He said Meza suffered head and neck injuries May 31 when he back-flipped into shallow water from a boat that was moored in the popular Bridgewater Channel.
