Central Clark County under flood advisory, warning

The National Weather Service has issued a flash flood warning for central Clark County until 7:30 p.m. Heavy thunderstorms are hitting Nelson and Willow Beach. The storm is moving toward Willow Beach. The advisory, affecting Henderson, Boulder Beach and Railroad Pass, expires at 7:15 p.m. Radar indicated scattered but heavy thunderstorms moving through the area. Forecasters said heavy rain will cause ponding of water on the road and in poorly drained areas.
