CHEF PALLADIN CELEBRATED

Eighteen top local chefs gathered for the 10th year in a row to celebrate the life and career of legendary chef Jean-Louis Palladin and raise money for education programs and grants for up-and-coming chefs.

This year’s dinner was held at Alizé at the Top of the Palms and raised $18,000 for the James Beard Foundation and the Nevada Restaurant Association’s ProStart program.

Attendees included André Rochat, Megan Romano, Vincent Pouessel, Luciano Pellegrini and Pierre Gagnaire.
