Clark County coroner identifies motorcyclist killed in Thursday crash

The motorcyclist who died in a Thursday afternoon crash has been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.

Las Vegas police said Griffith Alexander Grossguth, 28, collided with a car on Western Avenue near Sahara Avenue just after 2 p.m.

The North Las Vegas resident died at the scene, police said. The vehicle driver had minor injuries and was transported to University Medical Center.

The investigation is ongoing.
