Closing arguments submitted in Judge Halverson discipline case

The Nevada Judicial Discipline Commission released written closing arguments in District Judge Elizabeth Halverson's judicial complaint case today.
The commission typically makes a decision within 20 days of hearing or receiving closing arguments.
Halverson is facing accusations that she mistreated staff and couldn't adequately conduct trials.
The behavior of Judge Halverson (during the judicial discipline hearings in Las Vegas) was nothing short of astounding, and demonstrated a temperament ill-suited for the bench," wrote special prosecutor Dorothy Nash Holmes in her closing arguments.
Halverson's attorney, Michael Schwartz, wrote in his closing arguments that there isn't evidence showing Halverson committed wrongdoing.
Halverson didn't make it through the primary election but the commissioners could permanently bar her from serving as a judge.
