Coroner identifies boy, 4, who drowned in pool

The Clark County coroner’s office today identified the 4-year-old boy who drowned in a Las Vegas pool Saturday as Zavier Smothers.

The incident happened at an apartment complex at 7075 W. Gowan Road.

The death was ruled accidental, a spokesperson at the office said.
