A man found dead behind a business near Charleston and Nellis boulevards this month was identified Monday by the Clark County coroner's office as Christian Bernal-Hernandez, 28.

Bernal-Hernandez died from a wound to his chest and left arm, the coroner's office said. The office did not identify his city of residence.

Police said that at 11:39 p.m. on Sept. 18 officers responded to the 4700 block of Charleston where they located a man who was thought to have been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Homicide investigators could not be reached for an update on the case Monday afternoon.
