■ A story about the U.S. Senate race in Thursday's Las Vegas Review-Journal contained incorrect figures. Wisconsin Republican Rep. Paul Ryan's plan would cut federal spending by $6.2 trillion over 10 years.

■ Jane Ann Morrison's column Thursday incorrectly described the positions of mayoral candidates Carolyn Goodman and Chris Giunchigliani. The term defined benefit was used when the term should have been defined contribution system.
