A story in Sunday's Nevada section about the arrest of Pahrump mother Sharon Broadhead in connection with a house fire that killed her three sons and an adult incorrectly said that Child Protective Services had contacted the family after an earlier fire. Nye County Sheriff Tony DeMeo said Sunday that although an individual told police that CPS had been contacted about an earlier fire, his office has no record of any contact between the agency and the family.
