■ Dr. Joe Heck's birthday was incorrect in Jane Ann Morrison's column in Monday's Las Vegas Review-Journal. He was born Oct. 30, 1961. Astrologer Majickal Marissa redid his charts and foretold he still will unseat Rep. Dina Titus.

■ In Sunday's Road Warrior column, the number of jobs a new high-speed rail project would create was garbled. A report by UNLV economics professor Tom Carroll showed the DesertXpress project will create 17,469 primary jobs in Clark County.

■ A story in Sunday's Business section contained errors. North Las Vegas will lose $9.7 million in revenue when the U.S. Marshals Service moves 250 inmates to a new detention center in Pahrump. Also, the city of North Las Vegas faces a $52 million budget deficit.
