• A Dec. 28 Review-Journal story misstated evidence police have in the case against David Thomson, charged with killing Rachael Gandal. Authorities believe they have the handgun used in the slaying.

• Review-Journal stories Saturday and Wednesday misstated the number of driving under the influence arrests the Nevada Highway Patrol made on New Year's Eve. The agency arrested 84 people this New Year's Eve and 72 the previous year.
