A story on Brittney Bergeron on Friday contained incorrect information. Christopher Tilman, the lawyer for Brittney's mother, Tamara Schmidt, said Schmidt "thinks the world" of the Himels, the foster parents who have shared their home with Brittney for five years.

U.S. District Judge Justin Quackenbush did not dismiss an entire drug case in 1998 in San Francisco, as reported in Jane Ann Morrison's column Thursday. He dismissed the most serious charge.
