Because of incorrect information from the Southern Nevada Health District, the Review-Journal reported in Wednesday's Restaurant Report that Lou's Diner was closed for repeat critical violations. The diner was not closed. It was upgraded to an A after a reinspection June 21 showed six demerits. Restaurants that receive 10 demerits or less receive A grades.

A story Wednesday mischaracterized Bonnie Binion's relation to Ted Binion. She is his daughter.
