■   A headline on a story about the U.S. Open men's final in Tuesday's paper misidentified the nationality of winner Andy Murray. He is Scottish.

■   A story on the Bacchanal Buffet in Monday's Review-Journal listed the name of the buffet that preceded the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace. It was the Lago Buffet. And in a photo caption on the front page, the closing date of the buffet was incorrect. It closed this year.

■   Jane Ann Morrison's Saturday column had two appellate judges' party affiliation mixed. Judge Carlos Bea was a GOP appointee, and Judge Kim Wardlaw was nominated by a Democratic president.
