Dark side of the tunes

If you don't already have an iPod full of Pink Floyd’s music, you may soon be out of luck at Apple’s iTunes Store. A court has ruled in Pink Floyd’s favor, a move that could lead to the removal of the band’s discography from the world’s No. 1 music store.
Pink Floyd was locked in a legal battle with its record label, EMI, over preserving the "artistic integrity" of the band's albums, which include “Dark Side of the Moon,” a recording that was on the Billboard charts for 591 consecutive weeks between 1976 and 1988. In a nutshell, the band doesn't want tracks from its albums sold a la carte. The record company also must pay Pink Floyd $60,000 for violating the band's contract.
Hooray for artistic integrity. Boo to the band for insisting on serving music fans an unwanted heaping plateful when all they may want is a nibble or two.
