Deadline to request absentee ballot is Tuesday
The deadline for submitting requests for absentee ballots to the Clark County's election office is 5 p.m. Tuesday.
No requests for mail-in ballots will be accepted after that time.
Absentee ballots accommodate voters who cannot or do not wish to vote in person during early voting or on Election Day, which is Nov. 2.
One election office is at the Government Center, 500 Grand Central Parkway in Las Vegas. The other is at the county election center, 965 Trade Drive, Suite A, in North Las Vegas.
