North Las Vegas police are investigating the suspicious death of a 70-year-old man found inside his Ferrell Street home Tuesday.

Police were alerted after a landscaper noticed an unusual odor coming from the residence. The man was identified as Reinhard Ehlert.

Ehlert's vehicle, a maroon 2001 Dodge Ram truck, is also missing.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 385-5555.
