Former Celtic Walker draws a charge

Antoine Walker, a former NBA All-Star with the Boston Celtics, has seen his best casino game stuffed by Harrah’s Entertainment after
running up a $1 million debt.

The Boston Globe takes a look at the issue.

Walker’s spending in general, and especially in the casino, was out of control.

The Globe: “And now he is truly feeling the press. A Globe review found that, during the last seven months, Walker has been pursued by
multiple financial institutions for unpaid debts totaling more than $4 million. Court documents filed in Illinois and Florida reveal Walker
was named a defendant in three recent debt-related civil cases, in addition to the ongoing check-kiting case.”
