Harrah’s hires new senior vice president
Harrah's Entertainment has hired former waste management attorney Timothy R. Donovan as senior vice president and general counsel, the company said.
The 53-year-old Donovan received his law degree from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, after completing his undergraduate degree at Ohio State University.
Donovan previously worked for Phoenix-based Allied Waste Industries as executive vice president and general counsel. The waste management company was purchased by Republic Services in June for $6.1 billion.
Donovan replaces Steve Brammell, who had been Harrah's general counsel since 1999.
