Henderson car accident victim’s body identified

The Clark County coroner’s office has identified the woman who died Friday morning in a Henderson car accident.

Henderson resident Linda May Yettaw, 52, was driving west on Lake Mead Parkway, east of Lake Las Vegas Parkway at about 6:20 a.m. when she hit a Toyota Prius head-on, according to Henderson police spokesman Keith Paul.

She was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center, where she died.

The 69-year-old driver of the Toyota Prius was expected to survive.
