Henderson Holiday Closures

In observance of Christmas, Henderson City Hall will close at noon today and reopen at 7:30 a.m. Friday.

City Hall will maintain its regular hours on Friday and next week, with the exception of New Year's Day, when all city offices will be closed.

The Henderson Senior Center and all city-run recreation centers will be closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day and offer reduced hours of operation today and on New Year's Eve. Those hours are:

• Black Mountain Recreation Center, 599 Greenway Rd., 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Valley View Recreation Center, 500 Harris St., 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Downtown Recreation Center, 105 W. Basic Rd., 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Whitney Ranch Recreation Center, 1575 Galleria Dr., 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Silver Springs Recreation Center, 1951 Silver Springs Pkwy., 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

• Henderson Multigenerational Center, 250 S. Green Valley Pkwy., 5 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Henderson Senior Center, 27 E. Texas Ave., will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and Dec. 31, with holiday meals served at 11 a.m., noon and 1 p.m. on Christmas Eve.
