The head of criminalistics for the Henderson Police Department has been put on paid administrative leave pending the investigation of a personnel issue, according to the city.
The action against Rick Workman began May 4.
Dawn Jett, manager of employee relations for the agency, would not provide more details.
Workman said, "I would love to say things, but I want to make sure I'm not violating any policies." He declined to comment further.
