Hobby Lobby’s 500th store will be in Las Vegas

Hobby Lobby Stores, a privately held national retail chain of arts and crafts stores, will open its 500th store in Las Vegas.

Tom Marquez is store manager of the 66,500 square-foot retail facility at South Fort Apache Road and West Tropicana Avenue in the Crossroads Plaza ShoppingCenter. This is Hobby Lobby’s second Nevada store.

The store’s grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony takes place on April 16 at 9 a.m., and is open to the public. Local dignitaries, ambassadors from the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and other business leaders will be on-hand to help with the celebration.

Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. is headquartered in Oklahoma City.
