Homicide victim identified as Las Vegas man

A man whose body was found early Saturday morning has been identified as Harold Lewis Williams, 53, of Las Vegas.

Williams was found with multiple gunshot wounds lying on the sidewalk shortly before 4 a.m., in the 700 block of West Mesquite Avenue, according to Las Vegas police.

The Clark County coroner’s office said William’s death was ruled a homicide.

No suspect or suspects have been identified and authorities want anyone with any information on the shooting to call detectives at 702-828-3521.
