Doctor facing charge in Jackson death back in valley
The doctor facing a manslaughter charge in the death of Michael Jackson is preparing to resume his medical practice in Nevada while awaiting court appearances in Los Angeles.
Dr. Conrad Murray's spokeswoman, Miranda Sevcik, said Wednesday that he was in Las Vegas making plans to work from another doctor's office. She didn't identify the other doctor.
Murray closed Global Cardiology Associates and moved out of a Las Vegas office building in August.
He has pleaded not guilty to involuntary manslaughter and is free on bail.
Murray is accused of giving Jackson a fatal dose of an anesthetic to help him sleep before he died June 25.
