24-YEAR-OLD MAN KILLED

Alcohol suspected as factor in rollover death

Police suspect excessive speed and alcohol as factors in a fiery rollover early Sunday that killed a 24-year-old man in Lake Havasu City, Ariz.

About 5:50 a.m., Noe Flores Espino was trying to pass another vehicle on State Route 95 when he lost control of his 1998 Dodge pickup, police said. The truck turned over onto its top, ejecting Espino before bursting into flames.

ONGOING INVESTIGATION

Deputies uncertain of blame in fatal collision

Sheriff's deputies are continuing to investigate a fatal traffic crash that occurred about 4:45 p.m. Friday in the northwest Arizona community of Dolan Springs.

Mohave County deputies have not been able to determine which driver caused the collision by crossing the center line of Pierce Ferry Road, spokeswoman Trish Carter said.

One of the drivers, Ross Allen Engbino of Kingman, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.

The other driver, an Oregon woman, was described as being in stable condition after authorities flew her to Las Vegas for treatment of her injuries.
