In Case You Missed It: Tight flight through super narrow canyon

How daring are you? Pedal to the metal on yellow to beat the red light? No hesitation devouring that unclaimed mysterious pastry at work?

How about speeding through a narrow canyon at 100 mph?

Professional base jumper Robert Morgan, aka “Scotty-Bob,” and some buddies donned wing suits — you know those suits that make you look like a flying squirrel — and soared near Great Basin National Park, along the Nevada-Utah border.

“Just a bunch a dudes, tryin’ to be birds,” Morgan writes on YouTube. But a tranquil view above the park suddenly takes a nosedive.

With a Go Pro strapped on, “Scotty-Bob” dives into the famous Beehive Line, which narrows to 15 feet in some places, avoids a tree, then shoots out the other side gliding right up against the rock wall.

Your stomach in your throat yet? Try not to blink.

On Facebook, “Scotty-Bob” describes the flight as, “A fun line in the American West.”

I’m not entirely sure “fun” is the right work to describe it.

Death-defying, crazy or insane come to mind long before fun.
