iPhones at Best Buy

Apple struck a deal with big box retailer Best Buy to sell the oh-so-hot 3G iPhone in their stores starting Sept. 7, according to reports today.

The deal is the same that's currently offered at Apple Stores and AT&T stores -- $199 or $299, depending on storage capacity -- with a two-year service contract with AT&T.

It's my hunch that Apple will zoom past their target of 10 million iPhones sold before the end of the year, as adding 970-plus Best Buy locations is just the ticket for all parties.
