Jackson’s Realtor hears from feds

Michael Jackson's Las Vegas real estate agent has been contacted by federal agents investigating the entertainer's death.

With Las Vegas apparently at the epicenter of Jackson's alleged doctor shopping and use of aliases to obtain prescription drugs, numerous law enforcement agencies conducted a search of Dr. Conrad Murray's Red Rock Country Club residence last Tuesday.

They were casting a wide net.

Zar Zanganeh of VegasFineEstates.com said he was interviewed about what he knew about Murray's relationship with Jackson.

Zanganeh told Vegas Confidential he was under the impression that he was talking with the Drug Enforcement Administration last week.

He never met Murray, he said, but he told the investigator by telephone "I had heard from (Jackson) about the doctor."

Jackson had mentioned several doctors had been to his residence at 2785 Monte Cristo Way.

Jackson leased the home for six months in 2007, through Zanganeh's assistance as the listing agent.

As for the rumor making the rounds at Red Rock Country Club that Jackson had expressed an interest in moving into the tony gated community, Zanganeh said that topic never came up in his conversations with his client "and we talked regularly."

Jackson was adamant about one condition: "He wanted to avoid all country clubs.

"He said he wanted to keep control of who came through the gates. He was always saying he didn't trust someone who was getting 10 bucks an hour. He said they could be bought too easily."
