TOMS RIVER, N.J. -- One of the stars of MTV's "Jersey Shore" has been indicted for an assault that prosecutors say happened just off camera during the first season. A grand jury in Ocean County, N.J., says there's evidence that Ronald "Ronnie" Ortiz-Magro knocked a man out with a punch on Sept. 4, 2009.
