Judge discloses U.S. attorney’s letter during Quon/Webb hearing

Nancy Quon and William Webb both appeared together in court for the first time at the regional justice center on Thursday.

During the proceedings Judge Michelle Leavitt, who is presiding over the arson case, disclosed that U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden had sent her a letter demanding that one of District Attorney David Roger's top prosecutors correct "false" statements made in District Court last month.
