BATON ROUGE, La. - Louisiana State Police say a 57-year-old Las Vegas man died from injuries he suffered in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 10.

Troopers said Harley Mabe was driving a 2003 Harle- Davidson motorcycle west on an entrance ramp to I-10 in Baton Rouge around 7:30 p.m. Friday when he tried to pass a car stopped because of traffic.

Trooper Russell Graham said Mabe hit the rear of the car and fell into the inside traffic lane, where he was struck by a truck.
