Listen up, call in

Gov. Jim Gibbons is scheduled to be on KXNT-AM, 840 just after 7 a.m. today to talk about his legal effort to derail ObamaCare.

If Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto decides to oppose his decision to hire a special attorney to handle the case since she refused, it will create an interesting legal question for the state Supreme Court. It will be interesting to see how the court defines the word "adviser." Masto correctly says the law makes her the state legal adviser. Does that mean she can tell the state's constitutionally designated chief executive he can't sue?

I'll be on the radio after 8 a.m. Call in and we can discuss this and other topics.
