Man, 25, killed in crash in Mesquite

A 25-year-old man died early Tuesday in single-vehicle crash, Mesquite Police Department officials said.

Officials identified the man as Juan D. Gonzales of Mesquite and said the crash occurred about 5 a.m. on Canyon Crest Boulevard. Gonzales appeared to be the only one in the 2005 Cadillac CTS.

A construction worker at a job site discovered the crash. The Nevada Highway Patrol is assisting Mesquite police in the investigation of the crash.
