Man, 68, dies in one-car crash Monday

A 68-year-old man who may have suffered a medical episode while driving died at Valley Hospital Medical Center on Monday after a one-car crash near Wheeler Peak Drive and Martin Luther King Boulevard, Las Vegas police said.

Police did not identify the deceased Las Vegas man.

Police said the man was driving a 2006 Hyundai Sonata about 12:23 p.m. east on Wheeler Peak when he left the roadway and drove into some landscaping at a post office. The car had minor damage, police said.

The crash remains under investigation.
