Man arrested in fatal Denny’s restaurant stabbing

The suspect wanted for his involvement in a fatal stabbing at a Denny's restaurant early Sunday is in police custody.

Juan Carlos Paula was arrested around 7:30 a.m. Sunday at 9310 W. Tropicana Ave., near Fort Apache Road, where the stabbing occurred.

Las Vegas police believe he stabbed three men, one fatally, at the eatery after a fight broke out between friends.

He was arrested on charges of murder with a deadly weapon and two counts of attempted murder with a deadly weapon.

Paula was being held without bond.
