Man charged with murder in triple shooting

A Las Vegas gunman involved in a deadly triple shooting earlier this month was arrested Friday, according to Las Vegas police.

Herbie Moore, 26, was charged with murder with a deadly weapon in the death of Patrick Beverly on June 1.

He also was charged with attempted murder in the shooting of two other men, one of whom was critically injured. The condition of the two men was unknown Friday.

The shooting occurred about 8:30 p.m. at an apartment in the 300 block of Cleveland Avenue, near Sahara Avenue and Industrial Road.

Motives for the shooting were not given.
