The Clark County coroner’s office has identified a man found dead Thursday night after a single-vehicle crash.
Candido Ortiz-Ramos, 20, from North Las Vegas, died from a gunshot wound, not from the crash at Rainbow Draw Avenue and Goldfield Street, near East Tropical Parkway.
His death was ruled a homicide.
