Man found dead from gunshot wound at shooting park
A man was found dead at a Las Vegas shooting park Thursday afternoon.
Las Vegas police said the unidentified man, in his late 40s or early 50s, was found at 12:30 p.m. at a target shooting area inside the Desert Sportsman's Rifle and Pistol Club, 12201 W. Charleston Blvd., west of Desert Foothills Drive.
The man died from a gunshot wound, spokesman officer Bill Cassell said.
Homicide detectives are investigating the fatality, which Cassell said is routine in any unnatural death.
