Man indicted in Pacman shooting case at the Minxx nightclub

The man accused of shooting three people at the Minxx strip club in February 2007 was indicted this week.

Arvin Edwards, 29, was indicted on three counts of attempted murder with a deadly weapon, three counts of battery with a deadly weapon causing substantial bodily harm and one count of an ex-felon possessing a firearm.

Edwards appeared in Las Vegas Justice Court briefly today and is scheduled to enter a plea in District Court on Tuesday. His attorney said Edwards will plead not guilty to the charges.
